I am a Realtor with William E Wood and Associates in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia Beach. I am part of a mother/daughter real estate team - TEAM GERMANOS. I have been a Realtor with William E Woods for over 14 years. I am part of a mother/daughter real estate team-TEAM GERMANOS. Having lived in Virginia Beach since I was 4, I am very familiar with the area. We both love to share our knowledge of the area with new people. We work with both buyers and sellers. Our main clientele are military families and we get many customers from referrals of past clients. For our military clients, we offer a cash rebate after closing ($500 to $1500 depending on the sales price). We offer the "Talking House" to my sellers, which is a new technology that enables potential buyers to pull up in front of my listing and listen to a personal radio broadcast about the home. We also have solar powered spot lights for my for sale signs so contact numbers can be read at night. Custom flyers are created for all listings. Our listings are featured on many popular internet sites (list provided upon request). Liz and/or I can be reached seven days a week. The real estate market has certainly changed.
